Field Pivot is led by an owner with nearly three decades of boots-on-the-ground experience in field service. Over that time, more than 1,000 technicians have been vetted across the country, including Hawaii and Alaska.
That is the bench every job draws from: people who show up, finish the work and leave the site clean.

Automation runs the whole job.
The Pivot is where we dispatch, schedule and follow every job to completion. Your work gets an assigned technician, a date and time set and sent to that tech, and a record from the first request to the final invoice.
- Jobs move from no tech yet, to scheduled, to complete on clear boards
- Technicians get their own simple phone page with their jobs and their pay
- Invoices and tech payables come from the same job. Finishing a job never bills anyone.

Watch one job run the right way.
Seven steps, the same every time. Press a step, or let it play.
Request comes in
A quote request, a partner work order, or the office enters the job. It lands on the board with no tech yet.
Assigned, closest first
The office picks from a list of techs sorted closest to the job. Nobody is guessing who is near.
Scheduled, and the tech is told
A date and time are set in the job site’s time zone and the tech is emailed. If it changes, the tech is told again.
The tech accepts
The tech accepts or declines from the email link, or the office records an acceptance made by phone.
The work gets done
The tech opens a simple phone page with the site, the gate code and a map link, and does the work.
The desk completes it
The office marks the job in progress, then complete. Who marked it and when is on the record. Complete never bills anyone.
Invoiced on the customer’s schedule
Someone presses Email invoice and it goes out when that customer wants: right away, on chosen days, or weekly.

Every job gets a tech, a date and a record.
The system will not mark a job in progress or complete without a technician on it. From the first request to the paid invoice, the job lives in one place.
Wherever the job is, the near tech is the easy pick.
Tap anywhere on the map to drop a job. The Pivot lines up the closest techs first, the same way the office assigns work.
The system holds the line, so nobody has to.
Built into how The Pivot works, on every job we run.
Finishing a job never bills anyone
Marking a job complete does not create or send an invoice. An invoice goes out only when someone in the office presses Email invoice.
Nothing is erased
Every change is recorded with who made it, what changed and when. Notes are append-only, so the story of a job stays whole.
Reopening needs a reason
Cancelling, reopening and restoring a job each need a written reason, and a cancelled job tells the assigned tech right away.
Techs see only their own information
A tech gets the site details, the gate code, a map link and their own pay.
